General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. The General Manager oversees the P&L, steers sales, and provides guidance to all personnel and processes for the center.

Service Technician
The Service Technician performs diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts with residential and/or commercial customers to respond to their questions, resolve concerns, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also promotes products and services to customer and works under the guidance of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician completes heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial locations. The person in the role also completes installation and service on inside air equipment and accessories, as well, and has the qualifications to understand controls and wiring plans and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer questions, complaints, and billing questions with the highest degree of consideration and professionalism to resolve customer concerns with a one-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for supporting day-to-day operation of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center.

Dispatcher
The Dispatcher, abiding by Service Experts radio and pager processes, dispatches appointments to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The person in the role also corresponds with the customer to ensure the customer is informed of scheduled appointments, answer queries, and to help resolve concerns. The Dispatcher effectively plans and routes the most ideal technicians following established company guidelines.
