Sales Training
The sales training contains:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week course focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales classes provided for General Managers biannually, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians is comprised of:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and carbon monoxide inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty programs as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary education through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc courses to better offer a complete education to our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and structure for managing a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, perform outbound calling through a one (1) day program. In this program we study HVAC basics, what drives people to purchase, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing signals, and controlling customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training offered. As needed training provided by the General Manager and relevant staff in the office.
