We got a furnace and had problems with multiple heat exchangers. Several service calls later, a new technician, who had been an installer came to look at the problem. Maybe his combined experience gave him a different perspective. He found what no one else did. He used a camera, took pictures, and showed us the problem. His name is Cal Hopkins. I recommend him to everyone. He is the best technician I have ever had with any company. Not only was he great at his service, but he also has a friendly attitude. Next time I have a problem, I will be asking for him, and only him.
